I make the glass by melting colorful glass rods at a torch and forming the glass squares while the glass is molten. I anneal them a kiln so they are durable and will last a lifetime. I set the sterling silver posts, which go all the way through the glass so they are nice and secure. The sterling silver backs are nice and large and will support your earrings so they do not tip in your ears.
