New, larger stud earrings are great for every day wear. Red and turquoise are a great combination. I made the lampworked glass squares myself by melting glass rods at a torch and layering the shades of molten glass and shaping it into a square. I then set a sterling silver post. The post goes through all the way through the glass so there is no risk of it falling off.
